Here lies a great tool towards productivity!
I was talking to a client and said to them: "Relax and breathe!"
He retorted: "relax and breathe" to which I received a download that went like this:
You can only relax and breathe and allow things to unfold, that is the reason it is said:
"It's not by might nor by power but by my Spirit sayeth the Lord"
This could also have been written this way: It's not by might nor by power but by the breath of the Lord.
The evidence of this can be clearly witnessed in nature;
The sun rises every morning without the assistance from any human being.
The Rain falls without being on anyone's "to do" list...
The grass and lilies grow on the valleys without and human's input...
Could human beings learn from the sun, moon, rain, grass and all of nature...?
Then I got this breakdown:
Latin word for breath is Spiritum
Genesis 2:7 Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
In the above Lord God is יהוה אדוני
which is Yōd, Hē, Vav, Hē Adonay in which the Ineffable Name
Four-Letter Name of God - YHVH also known as the Tetragrammaton is used stressing the Yud
World of Archetypes God’s Offices Yud י
World of Creation Archangels Heh ה
World of Formation Angels Vav ו
World of Action Men Heh ה
Ps. 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.'
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your Law,
'I have said you are "gods"'?
Yes, Relax and Breathe for it is not by might nor by power but by your breath (Spiritum)
So practically speaking, your breath is very important... Watch your Breath...
When you are agitated your breath is shallow and short = resistance - body tenses up = suffering
When you are relaxed you are calm connected to the flow of spirit = long easy flow of breath.
Be Still and know that I am.
